The single-sunk dial is beautiful with just a few hairlines. The hinges on the case are tight with just a minor bit of lag. Inside of the 14k dust cover is hand engraved "Nina A McClure." Very unique 14K gold filled hunting case with hand engraved back that shows shield with American flag, architect's compass and square. Guessing it to be a Masonic emblem. Case is in excellent condition with no brassing of any kind. Hinges are as near perfect as you will find. The double-sunk dial is cherry. Dial is partial Montgomery and has very ornate original hands. The 17 jewel movement shows some pitting but runs perfectly. It is embossed with the Deuber flag as well as the Hampden logo.
